Editorial Systems
There are companies that created their presentations as notice boards that never change. Many of them still display these presentations on the Internet. Unfortunately, the only effect of such presentation is shame. Although the notice board will not be dusty and messages will not be written with a fading pencil on yellowed paper, it is better to have no presentation at all than a presentation like this. Internet users - your real and potential customers - are very sensitive to out-of-date data and changeless websites as the Web is a very dynamic medium in its nature. The Internet presentation should contain the latest information, addresses, products, prices, and names and even if none of these data were changing in the company at a given time (which is unlikely), it is useful to freshen the website up with some new pictures from time to time, at least. Besides, it is necessary to reply to questions from customers.
That is why it is worth using an editorial system in every slightly larger presentation to manage the presentation contents - because the contents simply must be changed. What is the specific purpose of the editorial system? In brief, the purpose is to enable you to avoid asking the website programmer whenever a need to make a spelling correction occurs. To be more specific - the editorial system will help you insert texts to specific places of your website (e.g. news), insert pictures (e.g. goods), process client questions, and manage the database of client addresses or their registrations at you website. In addition, the system of course enables you to remove all the aforementioned stuff if the information is no longer needed.
The system contains "boss functions" as well - it can for example create statistics of monitored items or check how fast and how well the employees process client questions. The real benefit of the editorial system is the fact that its controls are very simple; it does not require any programming knowledge. To put it simply, instead of calling a programmer with a request to change a price, a clerk can fill in the "window" needed on their own - usually in a shorter time than it would take them to arrange this change with someone else, not to mention other delays. We can distinguish different access types, ensuring that everyone who has the right to handle information on the website can modify only the area that was assigned to him/her.
Examples of editorial systems usage can be seen on the following websites:
časopis Respekt (http://www.respekt.cz)
časopis Telekomunikace (http://telekomunikace.cvtss.cz)
tiskové zprávy BOSCH (http://www.bosch.cz/press/)
Printers (http://www.printers.cz)
Surveys
Surveys are one of the tools to get feedback from website visitors or obtain an answer for a question that was asked. Surveys can be only textual (i.e. votes are expressed only by numbers or percents) or also graphical (results are displayed using bars with different colours).
Navrhneme Vám administrační systém, kde bude možno měnit anketní otázku, nastavit platnost aktuální ankety (v intervalu určitého data) nebo definovat jednotlivé možnosti odpovědí.
Examples of different survey types can be seen on the following websites:
GamePlanet (http://www.gameplanet.cz)
Víra.CZ (http://www.vira.cz)
Slovo (http://www.slovo-online.cz)
Printers (http://www.printers.cz)
Second-Hand Shops
Second-hand shops are suitable for websites with a specific orientation to a certain area of interest (e.g. mobile phones, accommodation, antiques, construction materials, etc.). With this feature, you can enable visitors of your website to enter adverts offering or asking for products that are thematically bound to your server. A second-hand shop as an additional service can, moreover, increase the hits of your website compared to other servers (websites) with the same topic. Besides, the second-hand shop can be used to perform clearance sale of goods of your own company.

Forms
The most typical example is using a form for the contact of customers and the website entrepreneur. Forms have several advantages:
- forms do not force users to use e-mail clients
- some form fields (name, surname, phone) can be marked as compulsory - it will not be possible to submit the form unless these fields are filled in
- data submitted using the form can be easily stored in a database and processed afterwards
- predefined fields can be set as offers to users
- the form can be sent to multiple e-mail addresses at once
- the form can be sent to a specific e-mail address depending on the inquiry type
Other possible utilization of forms:
- newspaper or magazine subscription
- subscription for news from a specific area
- simple goods order
- calculation of numbers depending on the data entered (interest rates calculation, calculation of savings for building purposes, etc.)
- demand for products or services
Another way to get a feedback from visitors is a survey.
Discussions, Chats
Discussions and chats are suitable especially for specifically oriented, predominantly information servers. You can create, for example, a discussion for your own employees, discussion about company products, or discussion for solving problems (e.g. for software products).
Discussion usage possibilities:
- discussion about a specific topic (event)
- discussion for internal company needs (announcement of news or guidelines and regulations)
- discussion for customers (suitable for customer inquiries)
Discussions can be simple, when every new post is inserted to the beginning of the discussion, or they can be structured, with replies connected to the post the user is replying to. There are also moderated discussions, where the administrator is entitled to approve or delete every post.
Chats are more suitable for on-line communication, i.e. communication with multiple users logged on the same server at the same time.
Discussion and chat examples:
Catalogue
Displaying a catalogue of products or services on your website is one of the ways to expand your existing distribution networks. We will enable you to manage (add, change prices, remove, etc.) your products without having to assign this work to a supplying company. This solution leads to significant savings.
Examples of catalogues we have implemented:
BLAUPUNKT (autohifi a navigace)
FUJIFILM (filmy, fotoaparáty)
TENOVIS (telefony a ústředny)
Karmelitánské nakladatelství (knihy)
BOSCH (elektrické ruční nářadí)
Contact System
A contact system is a database of all the questions incoming to the company. The system enables executives to monitor the speed and quality of communication of the company and clients. The system is primarily intended for medium and large companies.
Main system advantages
- All questions are stored in a database
- It is possible to monitor the reply speed
- Replies of company workers can be tracked
- Generation of automatic statistics including graphs (number of questions, reply speed)
- Suitable for creating FAQs
- Questions can be utilized to improve the website
Our contact system is used by the following companies:
Robert BOSCH
FUJIFILM CZ
Non-Standard Projects
Not all projects can be classified into a category, allowing the use of an existing product. There are many projects that have their particularities and necessary requirements. In such cases, we try to create a customer-tailored solution, which will completely suit the customer in terms of functionality. As for all other projects, we also suggest various improvements for the existing specification in this case and come up with new ideas.
