Background
Our servers are located directly in the backbone network of GTS CZECH, a.s., which ensures stable and fast access both from the Czech Republic and from abroad.
The following connections of the GTS network to the Internet are currently operational:
- 100 Mbps peering to NIX.CZ
- 34 Mbps to Ebone
- 2 Mbps to the Telenor network
- 256 Kbps line to Global One
- 64 Kbps line to GTS Hungary
Servers of our company operate under Linux/Unix operating systems. Web services are provided by Apache servers. Our servers support PHP, CGI, mySQL, SSI, ODBC, and SSL. Czech encoding is handled by Mod_czech and C-SaCzech. We are able to provide an ideal environment for operation of dynamic systems.
Server contents are continuously backed-up in several periodic cycles and the operation faultlessness is checked by electronic systems and workers of our supervision centre.
Machines are physically located in a data centre with the following equipment:
- Non-stop supervision + security
- Backup diesel generator
- Air-conditioning
- Automatic fire-safety system
